Who can attend classes at The Quilter’s Block?

Anyone, any age with the desire to learn to quilt.

Classes are labelled with levels.

 

Beginner

Have never quilted before

 

Novice

Have completed (sandwiched, quilted and bond) 1 quilt

and own the tools needed (rotary cutter, ruler, needles etc.)

 

Intermediate

Have completed a few quilts with borders and binding without a teachers assistance.

 

Advanced

Have completed a number of quilts with borders and binding without a teachers assistance

 

Registration

Sign up early—ongoing classes fill quickly.

 

Registration MUST be paid at time of registration.

 

Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the starting date of class to qualify for a full refund. Sorry no exceptions.

 

A full refund will be provided if The Quilter’s Block cancels a class.

 

A supply list will be given at time of registration. Students are responsible for obtaining all supplies required and complete all preparation work prior to each class to ensure a successful class.

 

Students receive a 10% store discount on all class purchases.

 

Ongoing Classes

Do you need to be inspired to work on those UFO’s you have floating around?  Ongoing classes are the perfect solution.  Join an ongoing class and work on your old projects or start a new one.  Learn from other quilters and enjoy a night of quilting.

 

Ongoing classes run for 10 consecutive weeks unless otherwise marked.
